Nope! Entry into the Festival Village is FREE. You’ll just need to purchase your event entries.

All ages are welcome but please ensure that all under-16s are accompanied by a responsible adult.

All Transcend events have specific age restrictions, please refer to the individual event page for this information.

Remember if you are looking youthful you may be asked for ID at one of our bar areas, accepted are:

  • Passport
  • Full driving licence/provisional licence
  • Proof of age card bearing a PAA hologram
  • Ministry of defence identity card
  • National identity card issued by an EU member state

No alcohol can be brought into the festival, but don’t worry – there’s a fab bar on site.

Pop over to the campsite T&C’s for what you can and can’t bring to the campsite.

There are no bike storage facilities onsite, your bike and all your posessions are your own responsibility.

The festival is an outdoor event, some areas are accessible but some not due to the nature of the event and the natural environment used.  Any specific queries please do get in touch.

If you’re due to take part in an event but have been diagnosed with COVID-19, have symptoms or have been asked to self isolate, you can submit a medical certificate and request a refund or transfer to another event for free (minus booking fee). Our normal terms and conditions apply for cancellations.

If the event has to be cancelled for reasons related to COVID-19, we’ll automatically transfer your entry to the new date or you can apply for a full refund (minus the booking fee).

Just your fine self will do. Make sure you have a copy of your confirmation on your phone tho, we might need to check it.

 

There is no guarantee that there will be any event entries available on the day. It is highly recommended to enter any event in advance.

If for any reason you are unable to attend the event, refunds will be available upon request (info@tweedlove.com) as follows:

– 2 months prior to event date | 75% refund

– 1-2 months prior to event date | 50% refund

– Less than 1 month prior to event date | No refund

Yes, please get in touch at info@tweedlove.com to transfer your entry, there may be an admin charge of £10.00. No transfers will be allowed after 1 May 2020.

For safety reasons, NO rider may use another’s rider’s event number without the permission of the event organiser.

Yes, we operate a waiting list direct from our website tweedlove.com specific to each individual event.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer the to defer a ticket to another event, however please get in touch at info@tweedlove.com and we can arrange to refund or transfer your ticket (as outlined above).

Make sure you are following us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter for all the latest news. For events we will send you all the details you need in the form of Riders’ Notes approximately one week before the event. This will include info on the final event schedule, registration, the course, facilities and much much more.

Yes, If you own a SPORTident Air Timing / Active Timing Card and it is compatible with the system we are using your can. Please complete this form. If you use your own Timing Card, you will be reimbursed £3.60 – you will only receive this discount if you complete the form at least 3 weeks prior to the event you wish to use it in.
