Regarding the ongoing covid-19 pandemic we can reassure you we’re following all policy and guidance closely and will update you on our events’ status as soon as we have more solid info to share. At the moment we hope to run all our remaining or re-scheduled events but of course this may change. Things developed very fast over the last few months and significant changes of a more positive nature are possible in future weeks too. There’s no harm in thinking positive! We’re in touch with all the relevant agencies and authorities and hope for more formal confirmation on actions soon, but our first priority will always remain the health and well-being of all event attendees, volunteers, staff, sponsors, exhibitors and, importantly, our local (rural) community.
We already have outline plans for how our events can incorporate new distancing and health measures in future, and a draft event calendar in place for 2021 (further info soon). In the hope that events can go ahead, we’ll extend entry dates as late as possible. Details will be added to the appropriate webpages and on social media posts. If/when cancellation of a 2020 event becomes inevitable, or just the absolute right thing to do, we’ll automatically transfer your entry to the 2021 event, or you’ll be entitled to a full refund minus the booking fee. Meanwhile let’s all do a vaccine dance.
