All ages are welcome but please ensure that all under-16s are accompanied by a responsible adult. Remember that under-16s can enter FREE!

All Transcend events have specific age restrictions, please refer to the individual event page for this information.

Remember if you are looking youthful you may be asked for ID at one of our bar areas, accepted are:

  • Passport
  • Full driving licence/provisional licence
  • Proof of age card bearing a PAA hologram
  • Ministry of defence identity card
  • National identity card issued by an EU member state

No alcohol can be brought into the festival, but don’t worry – there’s a fab bar on site.

Pop over to the campsite T&C’s for what you can and can’t bring to the campsite.

Please note, this is prime dairy farmland and needs to be treated with respect. No barbeques on the grass. No fires allowed apart from the official festival fire-pits.

There are no bike storage facilities onsite, your bike and all your posessions are your own responsibility.

The festival is an outdoor event, some areas are accessible but some not due to the nature of the event and the natural environment used.  Any specific queries please do get in touch.

Yes, we have onsite carparking, you can purchase a pass here.

We will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the property of the visitor, including personal belongings, cash, jewellery, bicycles and motor vehicles, however, caused during their stay.


Please bring along your Eventbrite confirmation on the day and we will exchange for a wristband that you will need to wear at all times. Your wristband will allow access in and out of the festival village all weekend.

Yes, there will be a limited number of festival tickets available on the day.

Please bring your printed Eventbrite confirmation on the day, this will allow us to register you for your race or ride and issue your festival admission wristbands.

There is no guarantee that there will be any event entries available on the day. It is highly recommended to enter any event in advance.

There are no refunds available for festival admission tickets, camping or parking passes. If you can no longer take part in a particular event, refunds will be available upon request. Please contact us at Refunds are available up to three weeks (17th May 2019) before the event – refunds will be subject to a £10.00 administration fee. After this date, no refunds will be available.

There are no restrictions on the festival admission however you must bring your Eventbrite confirmation.

For races and ride events, NO rider may use another rider’s event number without the permission of the event organiser. The organisers must to contacted at least a week prior to the event to process rider changes. Please get in touch at There will be an admin charge of £10.00 per ticket. This is strictly controlled and is for obvious safety reasons – we need to have accurate info for everyone who’s riding a bike in our events.

Transfers are only available until 31st May 2019.

Yes, we operate a waiting list direct from our website specific to each individual event.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer the option to defer a ticket to another event, however please get in touch at and we can arrange to refund or transfer your ticket (as outlined above).

For general festival information sign up to our newsletter and keep an eye on our social media for updates as they are announced.

For events, Riders’ Notes are sent out via email approximately a week before the event. These include all the information you need to know about the event schedule, registration, course summary, event facilities, rules and event regulations and much more. The notes will also be made available on the specific event webpage.

Yes, If you own a SPORTident Air Timing / Active Timing Card and it is compatible with the system we are using your can. Please complete this form. If you use your own Timing Card, you will be reimbursed £3.60 – you will only receive this discount if you complete the form at least 3 weeks prior to the event you wish to use it in.
