DEMO BOOKINGS

Pre bookings now closed. Demo passes will be available on the day, but to ensure you get to ride the bike you want, please ask the brand(s) first.

DATE & LOCATION

Saturday 29 & Sunday 30 April

Tweed Green, Peebles. The demo registration takes place at the registration tent at the TweedLove Bike Festival from 8am on Saturday and Sunday morning.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You can purchase a day pass (£20) or a full weekend pass (£35). This can be done ahead of time (ensuring you get a shot on your preferred bike) or on the day. The passes allow you to book a time slot in advance and try bikes on a first-come, first-serve basis in the afternoon.

DEMO SCHEDULE

Demo registration opens:

Saturday: 8:00
Sunday: 08:00

Pre-booked slots:

Saturday: 09:00 – 11:00 | 11:30 – 13:30
Sunday: 09:00 – 11:00 | 11:30 – 13:30

First come first serve slots:

Saturday: 14:00 – 18:30
Sunday: 14:00 – 16:30

Please note Cannondale and Bspoke (Scott/Bergamont) will be running pre-bookings only, with the following slots:

Saturday: 09:00 – 11:00 | 11:30 – 13:30 | 14:00 – 16:00
Sunday: 09:00 – 11:00 | 11:30 – 13:30 | 14:00 – 16:00

Please turn up 30 minutes prior to your pre-booked demo slot and return the demo bike to brands at, or prior to, the end of your demo time slot.

WHAT YOU NEED

On the day, bring your usual biking gear including all appropriate protection, Photo ID e.g., driver’s license or passport, and your credit/debit card. You will not be allowed to Demo without both a valid ID and credit/debit card.

DEMO PROCESS

Both pre-booked and on the day demo riders will register at the event HQ situated on Tweed Green at least 30 minutes before the booked timeslot.

We will ask that you provide photo ID and a credit/debit card as a form of deposit. These will be kept safe with us at the TweedLove Registration Tent. We will ask you to fill out a small form before issuing you with a wristband and a demo card with a corresponding number.

You are now good to go to the bike brand you’re demoing. Please arrive at the brand 15 minutes before your time slot. You’ll have to give your name and exchange your Demo ID card for the demo bike.

Please return the demo bike to brands at, or prior to, the end of your demo time slot. You will then be handed back your Demo ID card.

When you are finished demo-ing, you will exchange your Demo ID card for your photo ID and credit/debit card at the TweedLove Registration Tent.
