How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Is there minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No racers under 14 years old on the 31st December 2019. Racers under age of 16 must be signed on by their parent, or other legal guardian.
Parental permission forms will be sent in advance with participant notes prior to event. Please bring along a signed copy to Registration.

How and when do I get further information about the event?
Riders notes are sent out via email approximately a week before the event. These include all the information you need to know about the event schedule, registration, course summary, event facilities, rules and event regulations and much more. The notes will also be made available on the event webpage.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking details will follow in participant notes that will be issued prior to event

What’s the refund policy?
If for any reason you are unable to attend the event, refunds will be available upon request ( as follows:
Refunds are available up to three weeks (2nd March 2019) before the event – refunds will be subject to a £10.00 administration fee. After this date, no refunds will be available.                                                                                                                  

Can I transfer ticket to another name?
For safety reasons, NO rider may use another’s rider’s event number without the permission of the event organiser. The organisers must to contacted at least a week prior to the event to process rider changes. Please get in touch at There will be an admin charge of £10.00 per ticket.  
Transfers are only available until 16th March 2019.

Yes, we operate a waiting list direct from our website

I am no longer able to attend, can I defer my entry to 2020?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer the to defer a ticket to another event, however please get in touch at and we can arrange to refund or transfer your ticket (as outlined above)    

I have my own  SPORTident Air Timing / Active Timing Card can I use it? 
Yes, If you own a SPORTident Air Timing / Active Timing Card and it is compatible with the system we are using your can. Please complete this form. If you use your own Timing Card, you will be reimbursed £3.60 – you will only receive this discount if you complete the form at least 3 weeks prior to the event you wish to use it in.

Can I change from seeded to non-seeded?
Yes you can change from seeded to non seeded.  The organisers must to contacted at least a week prior to the event to process these changes. However it will not be possible to change from seeded to non seeded at registration as this will have significant impact on event timings.Please get in touch at

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We suggest that you bring printed copy of your ticket as this acts as proof of purchase. In the event of any issues at registration it is helpful if we can see the ticket. You may not however be asked to should your ticket if there are no issues.
