The TweedLove Mega Bike Demo 2018

The demos will run on all three days of the TweedLove on the Green expo. Slots available to book in advance (online) and first come first served on the day.

 An unbelievable collection of brands are coming to the valley, bringing many of the world’s hottest bikes for you to try on our awesome trails and roads. Mountain, road, gravel, adventure and e-bikes will be available.

This years brands include:


Taking part in the demo costs £10 per day for registration when pre-booked online, or £20 on the day. A dedicated MTB demo loop will take in some great trails in Glentress forest, while the road demo loop will access the quiet and scenic tarmac surrounding Peebles. Both the road and MTB demo loops will take up to an hour to complete for a rider of average fitness.

The demo sessions run from Friday through to Sunday, with some demo slots available for advance booking online, and the remainder available on the usual ‘first come-first served’ basis on the day. We know there’s going to be high demand for some bikes in particular, so we’re giving you the chance to pre-book (if you’re quick!).

What are the opening hours?

Friday 8th June 12pm – 7pm

Saturday 9th June 9:30am – 4:30pm

Sunday 10th June 9:30am – 4:30pm

Where is the bus stop?Check in with your QR code at the Adrenalin Uplift tent next to Tweedlove at Tweed Green, EH45 8AP. Once you have your ticket from the Adrenalin Uplift Hub (next to TweedLove tent), make your way to the Adrenalin Bus Stop on Tweed Green where the buses will take you to Glentress or Innerleithen.

How long will the queues for the bus be?

Continuous Uplift – The Adrenalin Uplift aim is to give maximum upload for maximum descents and buses will constantly be shuttling between Event HQ and the forests.

Who can use the Uplift Service?

Adrenalin Uplift is for everyone demo-ing a bike, any rider wanting an uplift from Tweed Green, however no rider entering the Whyte British Enduro Championships can use the Uplift service for shuttling, practicing or on race day. Any rider using the service will be disqualified.

Are there an age restriction?

Anyone under the age of 16 is required to be signed on by a parent or guardian and under 12’s will need to be accompanied on the trails by an adult.

Can I book on the day?

Uplift will be available for booking on the day however please be aware that riders with a pre-booked demo will be given a seat as a priority.

Can I cancel / change my Uplift?

Can a Whyte British Championship rider use the Uplift for practice or shuttling?

No rider entering the Champs are allowed to use the Uplift facility other than to Glentress on Practice Days.

Are all trails available for demo riders?

Specially selected trails will be available for demo riders. Please note that riding will not be permitted on the Whyte British Enduro Champs Stages or any other closed trail.



Online booking is now live
You can pre-book online for a maximum of two demo slots per day. If there are spaces for other slots available on the day of the demo, you can sign up for them in person then (first come, first served basis).

demo slots will be available to book in person at the event, each day of the demo weekend. For in-person demo bookings at the event, you can only book demo slots for the same day.

Riders under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a riding parent or guardian who is responsible for the child’s safety and understands the dangers of the event. No riders age 12 or younger are allowed to take part in the demo.
