 Filmmaking Course – Action Film

Course run by – Tom Swift Films

Get right into the heart of the action and learn how to shoot and edit your own thrill seeking, adventure films. This exciting course over 3 days focuses on getting the most out of your camera so you don’t miss a bump or a jump and then cutting your footage to music. Be prepared for some epic mountain biking, a bit of walking, and a whole lot of fun.

The course involves a camera workshop on the Friday where we learn about how to get the best shots while we are out and about. Then on Saturday we have a full day filming at the Glentress 7 event just outside Peebles where you will have the opportunity to really practice your skills and receive tips and hints as we go. Then finally on the Monday evening we will review all the footage and edit it together to make an awesome short film of the event.

The films that we make might even get shown at the Tweedlove Film Festival!!

Only £89 for the whole weekend.
Or £70 if you are under 25.
Tickets are available from the Eastgate Theatre or via their website.
