TweedLove Multi-media Night 2017
Supported by Singletrack and Shimano
The TweedLove Multi-media Night, or also known as the Film Night, or even, back in the day, Celluloid Tweed, is always a sell-out show mix of multi-media mayhem, and this year we’re upping the ante.
We are absolutely delighted to announce our special guest at this year’s TweedLove Media Night. Greg Callaghan, who is currently sitting first overall in the Enduro World Series standings, will be giving an insight to life as one of the world’s fastest enduro athletes. Greg will be having a chat with Chipps Chippendale from Singletrack Mountain Bike Magazine and showing some images illustrating how he has worked to achieve his success.
Greg has had an astonishing career so far and has some great stories to share about his rise through the enduro racing ranks – Including winning the EWS on his home turf two years in a row!
Pro downhill and enduro racer Scotty Laughland will also be talking on the evening. Scott has had a love of all things two wheels from birth and began his cycling career in downhill racing as a junior after a trip to Fort William in 2002. Recently working with the guys at Global Mountain Bike Network as a presenter, Scotty has gained a wealth of knowledge in Social Media and content creation which he will be sharing on the evening.
Also unmissable at the Media Night – two pro photographers who are steeped in the world of bike journalism and image creation – Geoff Waugh Photos and Matt Wragg.
Geoff is a true legend of bike photography and a multiple press and sports photography award-winner with a career behind the lens spanning over two decades.
Matt’s work has been published worldwide and is also famed for being the editor-at-large for Pinkbike.com, the worlds largest mountain bike/action sports website.
As well as amazing images, video and insight into the world of bike adventure, the winners of our legendary (well, almost!) film and photo competitions will be announced (now open to professional as well as amateur photographers)
